Cancellation Policy

By booking or purchasing services with 3LERN, you agree to the following policies: 1. Services & Delivery: Services include coaching, consulting, project work, podcast features, or deliverables as outlined in your selected package or agreement. Fulfillment occurs through sessions, advisory calls, deliverables, or digital materials. Specific scopes, timelines, and deliverables are detailed in your service plan or contract. 2. Payment Terms: a) One-time payments: Full payment is due at booking. b) Membership plans: Auto-billed; cancel anytime before next billing. c) Project services: Payment terms (upfront, milestone, or installment) are outlined in your proposal; work begins after initial payment. d) Retainer agreements: Billed monthly in advance; 30-day written notice required for cancellation. e) Accounts must remain current to maintain service access. 3.0 || Cancellations & Refunds: a) Payments are non-refundable once services begin or deliverables are provided. b) Membership cancellations apply to future billing only. c) Projects canceled mid-process will be invoiced for work completed. d) Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; no-shows may count as completed. e) Unused sessions, services, or deliverables expire if not used within the active plan timeline. 4.0 || Client Participation: Timely client communication, scheduling, and material submission are required to maintain timelines. Delays may result in rescheduling, paused services, or adjusted scopes. 5.0 || Scope Changes & Revisions: Requests outside the original service scope may require additional proposals, revised timelines, and applicable fees. 6.0 || Disputes & Contact: Clients agree to contact 3LERN directly (lauren@3lern.com or info@3lern.com) prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. 3LERN will address concerns professionally and promptly.
