Cancellation Policy

0.0 || EXPLORATORY CALL POLICY 3LERN offers a complimentary 30-minute exploratory call for prospective clients. This initial conversation is designed to discuss your needs, explore alignment, and determine whether 3LERN’s services are the right fit for your individual or organizational goals. The exploratory call is not a coaching, consulting, or advisory session — it serves as a mutual discovery conversation to clarify potential service options, scope, and next steps. 1.0 || SCHEDULING Exploratory calls must be scheduled in advance through the provided booking link or by contacting lauren@3lern.com directly. Calls are limited to one complimentary session per individual or organization. Additional exploratory discussions may be offered at 3LERN’s discretion or converted into a paid consultation if further assessment or guidance is requested. 2.0 || CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
